I received a payment of over 330 TL from AdSense way back in May. It showed as “Paid,” the receipt came, but I waited and waited and the money never arrived. Then I started investigating. After long efforts, I found the bank’s headquarters and had them check it.
The money had been paid by Google, but only the first name ‘Ertan’ was written for the recipient; the surname was not written. Because of this, the money appears to have been returned.
But 5-6 months have passed, and the money returned to neither AdSense nor my account. The interesting thing is that I had received payments before with the same payment method. I have given up hope on the money, but I wanted to mention this here to show that such things can happen, and also thinking maybe there is something that can be done with a glimmer of hope.
Also, I tried all the classic methods or anything that could be found via Google. I sent emails, submitted requests, asked AdWords folks, but no result.
Kimse ne okumuş ne cevap yazmış ama sanırım rıfkı gördü bu yazıyı (sametinde kankası ya burdan çıkmaz o) mail geldi az önce ödemenizi yapamadık diye. Ödeme şeklini silmiştim ben şimdi düzeltip yeniden açtım o hesabı. Sanırım google inatla o hesaba göndermek istiyor parayı.

Ödeme yöntemi belirtirken adını soyadını türkçe karakter kullanmadan belirlemek gerekiyor. Ben oraya sadece Ertan yazmıştım soyadımda türkçe karakter olduğu için önemsiz sanmıştım. Bu nedenle google parayı yatırmış ama banka ertan kim soyadı yok mu diyip geri göndermiş. Tabi bunların farkedilmesi 4-5 ay sürmüş.
Sıkıntı olmuyor normalde. Ama olursa yazarsanız bildiğim kadarı ile cevaplamaya çalışırım.
