First, you are not sharing the same content. Second, they have registered the trademark for “haber55”, not for “haber55samsun”. My personal opinion is that nothing will come of it, but I’d still suggest you ask a trademark patent office. If I’ve done 10 transactions so far, they do 10 a day.

Sir, I don’t think there will be any problem because even if the name “haber55” has been registered, they cannot in any way claim rights to all domains starting with “haber55”. Right now, while sites like soundcloud-download and youtube-mp3 still exist, they can’t really do anything. It implies the guy couldn’t take your site, that’s what this is about; he is just trying to scare you and drag you down. I would say nothing will come of it in court, but then again, this is Turkey; you can’t expect a sound decision in a justice system where a person gets 13 years for burning someone, so that part is separate. Worst case scenario, you get a trademark patent for haber5-5samsun or variations, and he won’t be able to make a sound.
