I have a younger brother studying in the 2nd year of International Trade and Business (English) in Ankara. We are thinking of opening a website for him. He is a social, fun, and witty person with a wide circle of friends. What do you recommend: a social network style related to his department, Ankara, or his university, or an English niche or general content?
