We have activated the invitation system, friends. The limits and general rules are as below.
Limits and details:
Newly registered users are included in the “New User” group.- All New User members with 50 or more messages are automatically upgraded to Registered User membership. Users without 50 or more messages on the forum cannot use the invitation system. - The New User group cannot use the invitation system. So, one must become a Registered User by posting 50 messages.- All New User group members must not post just for the sake of posting. User accounts that fill 50 messages with useless content, such as only saying “thanks” etc., will be permanently deleted.- Registered User: Gains the right to send 1 invitation every 30 days.- VIP User: Gains the right to send 2 invitations every 30 days.- Unused invitation rights do not carry over. They reset.- Registration on the site must be done with the email address to which the invitation was sent. So, if you sent an invitation to email x, the user cannot register with any email other than that one.- You are responsible for the people you send invitations to until the end. We advise you not to send invitations to anyone you do not trust.[/ol]

Yes, the inviter must be responsible for everything about the invitee, at least they should get a 1/3 penalty or something, best wishes.
