Guys, I solved the problem. It turns out each account has a specific limit on coupon code usage, which is why the coupons were being counted as invalid. You can complete the purchase by creating a virtual card and using a different account.
However, if you use a credit card that has been used before, it detects that a purchase is being made with a fake account and the discount is not applied. FYI, cheers..
