Friends, I had opened a topic on another forum. Friends were kind enough to show interest in the topic, but no clear solution emerged. Google gave a manual spam penalty to 14 of my sites last Thursday; a couple of friends who examined them said yes, you have spammed, and told me to make them compliant with policies and request a reconsideration.
Penalty text for the penalized sites: Google has determined that your site contains content that provides little or no value, referred to as thin content. This critical issue causes irrelevant or low-value search results for Google Search users and may negatively affect your site’s ranking. Therefore, Google has applied a manual spam action to the www.site.com website. In order to remove the manual action applied to your site, you are required to make significant changes to ensure your content complies with our guidelines and submit a reconsideration request. Once we determine that you are complying with our guidelines, we will remove this manual action.
