Hello, I know there are many threads on this, but I felt the need to open one myself.

I launched my website, and we are posting content regularly. It has been about a week, but articles are getting indexed late unless I use “Fetch as Google”.
There are no issues with content entry. My platform is WordPress.

Should I buy sponsored posts?
Should I share them on social media accounts (I have no followers)?
How many indexed pages should I have before I start running ads?

I suggest focusing only on strengthening content and social media (gaining followers) for the first 2-3 months. Afterwards, you can get promotional articles and backlinks. If by “start ads” you mean placing ads on the site, do so if you have over 400 hits; if below that, do
