A form of advertising I recently learned about: first, we are doing our advertisement on Onedio. For friends who don’t know, Onedio is a Turkish-based social media site. The site, which claims to have 10 million unique visitors monthly, allows you to advertise your site for free. You can do this service both paid and free; I will explain the free one first, then the paid one.
Free
You enter the site and sign up. You use your site’s name and URL, put your logo as the profile picture, and do the same for the cover photo. Then you connect your Facebook and Twitter accounts. After that, you add content from the “add content” section. We add content completely related to your site; for example, if it is food, we prepare content like “the 10 fastest meals to make.” I will give examples below. Personally, since I have a game and gamer community site, after activating my site 100%, I will add content like “10 Popular Games Coming Out” and provide my site as the source for the descriptions of each game. I expect good traffic individually. As I said, I haven’t tried it yet, but I think it will bring good traffic out of nothing. However, for it to appear on the homepage, the editors need to like and approve it; otherwise, it doesn’t do much good.
Well, are you sure they will allow such a thing: CLICK THEN
Paid
I don’t want to write too much about the paid option because they want 15,000 TL for 100,000 impressions, which is beyond us. I wanted to give an example for that too, and additionally, on that one, there is a button to like your Facebook page on the right. They share it on their own Twitter and Facebook pages, and they also put your news at the very bottom of other news with a “check this out too” text.
