A news post we published on my site in October 2014 and shared on Facebook has started receiving heavy traffic for the last 2-3 days.
The traffic source is Facebook. 99% of the visitors are new users. 2 comments were made yesterday. Time on page is 12 sec. (The topic isn’t too long.)
Consequently, ad click rates have also multiplied 
We aren’t complaining much, but we are curious about the reason. Is there a risk of getting banned from AdSense?

I heard that Google doesn’t trust non-organic traffic very much. I hope you don’t get banned, I don’t have much experience in this area.
It seems others are sharing the news on Facebook as well. I don’t think it will have a negative impact in terms of SEO or Adsense. Google might like stability, but the online world isn’t very stable. When a site becomes news on TV or popular sites, it can suddenly generate tens of thousands of redirects or direct entries. While the site has a natural audience, these additional entries won’t cause harm.
Visitor behavior is recorded in Adsense clicks. Even if clicks increase suddenly, if the people clicking did so because the ad genuinely interested them, this is understood, and it won’t be a problem.
Thank you for the answers. We also think the traffic is natural; looking at the data, there is a balanced distribution by province across Turkey. It would be good if this intensity lasted for 1 month.
By the way friends, what do you recommend? A news article is getting good traffic. We thought about adding a Facebook Like button in the middle of the article. We said let’s link to 1-2 other articles. What else can we do?
Post new news related to that news and add them to the bottom of the article piece by piece saying “there are these too,” as Radikal did; I would do such a thing if I were you. A like button in the middle might be a bit irritating; I recommend you place that at the bottom of the article as well.
