This summer we decided to establish a hosting company with an experienced partner. I think there are still thousands of unhappy customers in this sector. To start with, we are thinking of beginning only with hosting sales. We have decided that our prices will be high compared to the market. Our target is 400 active customers in the first year. We hope to achieve success with the advertisements we run.
There will definitely be no sales threads on forums. (I think it lowers brand value)
My prices will be above the market average. The customers will predominantly be corporate; since the initial customers are large corporate companies, they can afford to choose us. The CPU ratio will be quite high. We will keep customer satisfaction at the highest possible level. Just as Apple immediately replaces devices even when the fault is caused by the user, we will provide exactly that kind of service. Instead of constantly communicating with our customers only through email, tickets, and phone, we aim to strengthen our bond by visiting them in person from time to time. Instead of just sending invoices to our customers, we will also choose to send small gifts like chocolates, USBs, and chargers every now and then. We will launch a major campaign at long intervals, and I think this will make a huge impact in the industry.
Nonsense, 1. keeping your prices high doesn’t make you high quality 2. since you are such a prestigious company, if you send your corporate clients USB drives, chargers, and stuff like that, they will laugh at you and finally, Apple sells something tangible, whereas you are virtual, anyway if a problem occurs with hosting, you can’t say “this is caused by you, but since we are a very good company, we will fix it even if it is your fault”.. Good luck
In my opinion, the two most important things in the hosting market are quality and support. After fulfilling these, it is possible to stand out among other companies. 400 customers in the first year is not an unreachable target.
I wish you success.
Since I do not have the authority to share further details, I unfortunately cannot share with you what else we will do or plan to do. I completely disagree with your opinion. I am someone who accepts criticism and likes to hear it. Thank you for your opinion.
I hope we are truly successful in this field, Mr. Furkan. After a certain number of customers, we are considering providing services only to corporate firms.
In the hosting market, people (customers) are no longer uninformed like they used to be. They can distinguish quality. I think your infrastructure should be solid before customer satisfaction. Think about it, ask yourself why people should buy hosting from me, and ask yourself if you were in their shoes, would you buy hosting from yourself. Also, I don’t think advertising or opening threads on forums lowers your quality. Quality is not something that can be measured by marketing. There is no such thing as bad advertising. If you look carefully at the forums, you can see how many large hosting companies are active there.
Best of luck in advance, may God not put you to shame.
