Making .gif files unique

Hello friends, I searched on Google but couldn’t find the answer to my question. For example, if we download a previously indexed 5MB gif file from the net and reduce its size to 2MB using Animated GIF optimizer and compressor, do we make the gif file unique?

No, you are not, compression methods do not make the image original, unfortunately.

Thank you for your help, Sir.

I have no idea how to make GIFs unique, but back in the day, I came across a plugin like this. It converted an 800 kb GIF to MP4 and served it as 60 kb. If you serve a 5mb GIF to the user as 384 kb in this way, it is a plus for SEO. (User experience etc.) Also, the format changes; it’s not a GIF, meaning it’s not an image, you are serving a video on your page. It would be perceived as original in my opinion.
