I moved my site located on WordPress.com to my self-hosted WordPress site and set up a redirect. You can purchase redirection for $13. However, when I checked Search Console after the redirection, the verification was gone. For this reason, I cannot notify Google of the address change. Will this be problematic for SEO?
It is not a very big problem, so it redirects with a direct 301 code, but to speed up the process, I think it should be reported via Webmaster Tools.
