I am explaining step by step how to transfer your line to another operator.
- Get a photocopy of your ID.
- Go to the dealer of the operator you want to transfer your line to. (For Bimcell, you must go to the stores; for PTTCell, you must go to the points listed on the website.)
- For the transfer, it is sufficient to provide the ID photocopy, fill out the requested information, and sign.
Processes Carried Out
The information you provide is examined by the Information Technologies Authority and its accuracy is also confirmed by your main operator. If it is correct, your main operator notifies the date when the line will be closed. The notified date is also reported to your new operator, and the process is completed. Once this situation is approved, the date and time regarding when the transfer will take place are sent to you by the operator you are switching to.
The transfer of your line to the new operator takes a maximum of 6 days.
