For example: I have 3 satellite blogs and I want to create a “link pyramid”. I am posting content to these blogs regularly, daily or every other day. However, to use satellite blogs more effectively, apart from normal SEO work, how sensible would it be to apply SEO packages sold on sites like fiverr.com and bionluk.com to the satellite blogs?
As for the spinning issue. Friends, I was going to buy the The Best Spinner software. But unfortunately, it requires payment via PayPal. 
Since PayPal is closed, I unfortunately cannot buy the software. Can you recommend a spinning software that won’t exceed 30 - 35$? I will use the software only for English content and generally on satellite blogs.

When you have these done for your buffer sites, you can create the impression that they also have social media accounts and that links are obtained from there. So for your buffer sites: purchase from social-focused packages, then link the buffer sites among themselves, and finally, depending on the situation, link out to your main site from the strongest ones. When buying packages, prefer different people so that the same package isn’t applied to all your buffer sites causing a clash.
For the spinning software, you can make the purchase through a friend who uses PayPal by giving a small commission. There are people on forums, etc., who do this for a commission. You can research this.
