I formatted the links in a txt file as http://www.abcgibi.com. I submitted 81 sites, but the links are still there.

Sir, removing these links via Webmaster Tools takes a long time. There is a lot of information on forums about this topic, but the links I have reported 4-5 times over the last 7-8 months are still there.
