I have a MyBB forum site but I haven’t been able to access it for two days. When I type my site’s address, strange numbers and characters appear. I was told there is no problem with the SQL and PHP files or the hosting company; I wonder what I need to do to solve this problem. That’s interesting. Your files might have been infected with malicious code. They need to be checked first.

You can take a look at MyBB’s files via FTP or a file manager. You need to look at index.php or other included files. However, you need to understand PHP somewhat or be familiar with it to be able to understand it.
You can try taking a backup and reinstalling.
