How about reviewing On-Site SEO again?

Hello friends.
The forum has livened up a bit with the addition of trade. On the one hand, I didn’t like it. Now people might be hesitant to openly write about the services they provide for money. Still, hoping it won’t be like that, I’m opening this topic.

Friends, as we know, we generally divide SEO into two. On-site and off-site. Now, regarding this on-site issue, there are similar words on everyone’s tongue. Usually, one or two people write. The rest write the same things just to blog. But actually, I think this topic hasn’t been fully touched upon in the market. Can everyone who buys a 20 lira book become an SEO expert?

For example, a sentence like this passes by. “The title will be a maximum of 60 - 70 characters”. Good and nice, everyone knows this. But this point isn’t being paid attention to. We generally use wp and have ready-made templates.
We usually use %post_title% | %blog_title%. But because we automate the job, this title often exceeds 70 characters.

Again we say “There must be 1 h1, 2 h2s. Using more than one h1, using h1 after h2 is not appropriate”. I think it’s true. We always follow these rules when writing articles. But when we put that article into the site, things don’t happen like that. Why?

The other day I bought a popular movie theme. List price 80 lira. People at R10 praised it a lot. Saying it’s SEO compatible etc. It’s fast, nice. But friends, the titles of the widgets in the sidebar are all h1. I put the site through an SEO analysis to see what’s what, it says “There are 10 h1 titles”. Also, there is this “make a comment” text which passes as h2 in many themes. Man, why do you assign a heading to such a thing? Why do you make 10 h1s?

Again, we always say the similarity ratio of pages is important. Every page must be in harmony with its title. But in some themes, there is an h1 title in the form of a site description. The same h1s and h2s exist on every page. And we rejoice thinking we wrote an SEO compatible article.

So, do I misunderstand or is the situation as I see it? I follow a path like this for on-site SEO.
Whichever theme I will use, I edit the h headings.
I make title settings with the All in SEO plugin. To avoid making the structure %post_title% | %blog_title% too long unintentionally, I fill %blog_title% with sitename.com or brand. It can be %post_title% | Brand.

This is the part I get stuck on the most. What is the first thing Google will see on our page? The Title. I think this is of vital importance. Google loves naturalness. It doesn’t like automation. I think all articles on a site should be completely unique starting from the title. Inside the site category but unique against other pages.

For example, I opened a new movie site. I set the permalinks as /%postname%-full-hd-watch/. Then I thought? Having “full-hd-watch” at the end of every movie clearly symbolizes automation. Not just the link structure, when the title is %post_title% | Brand, it’s the same. There is excessive similarity both within our own site and to other sites. To prevent this, I thought of making it %post_title% full hd watch|%post_title%. Similarity is inevitable but this way link structures within the site become quite different. I feel like automation decreases.

I examined normal sites. The title is like this:

Ant Man Full Watch | Hd 720p Watch | Turkish Dubbing Watch

Even if the movie changes, the last part never changes. The word “watch” passing 3 times is also thought-provoking. I say instead of this
**
Ant Man Full hd Watch | Single Part 720p Ant Man Movie Watch**

This state looks like it’s a bit out of automation. Even, I don’t know exactly, but it could be like this.
**
Ant Man Full hd Watch | Single Part 720p Movie Watch Ant Man**

Now I think it’s better. Instead of hd, full, single part, watch, movie words repeating constantly, if the movie name passes 2 times, I think it will be better.

I think of every page as if it were a separate home page. From that angle, I don’t see any harm in the movie name passing 2 times. If we had a site called gezirehberi.com we could write an article like Bu Alanadı Satılık.

Masters, it’s 5:21 AM. I’m sleepless from the night. Paranoia is kicking in. I think a bit of obsession disease has started in me too. I know the topic is very messy and I apologize. And I request if you read it, please state your opinions on this matter. Main issues:

[ol]

  • Number and order of h tags within the page- Similarities in URL structures and URL uniqueness- Similarities in Title structures and uniqueness- Effect of automation in Title and URL
  • Negative impact on page quality of texts found the same on every page- Tag usage and logical explanation[/ol]
I strongly request your Opinions and Help on these 6 issues along with what I wrote above.

Thanks for the explanation. I do not have information beyond your ideas regarding the subject, so I cannot provide an explanation regarding the topic.

I admit that I read the text hastily. Because as a nation, we still don’t have a reading habit
However, on-page SEO has become an indispensable criterion. Success in on-site optimization places your site in a good position. Of course, a little patience is essential.
After a good on-page optimization, with minimal backlinks and social media, you will organically become a favorite site of search engines.

It will become clear by determining a strategy prioritizing the 6 factors you listed above. Naturally, on a single page, there should be 1 H1 tag, a maximum of 3 H2 tags, and a maximum of 5 H3 tags. Distributing your target keywords very well within the site also depends on the strategy you have determined.

However, I would like to touch upon a few more points regarding on-page SEO that were not mentioned in the topic.

For example; Page Load Speed. Using CSS and JS files in line with the Google search engine’s requirements, and the code-to-content ratio.
These are as effective and important as the correct distribution of H1 tags and keywords. I have experienced firsthand that page load speed alone can move you two pages forward or backward..

Yes sir, this is very important. I install a cache on my stable sites and feel relieved.

I think it would be a nice information sharing if

So, there are things we know, but here

Bro, aren’t these movie sites going to shut down? I think there are no such sites in America due to copyright. It doesn’t seem like a long-term business, so I wanted to ask that first. Secondly, on-site SEO is of course important, but I think the user is more important. If a user is comfortable on the site, fk its SEO, excuse my language. They came up with stupid terms just to be “natural”, fk the internet, f**k the search engine.

I think both of those titles are wrong, if you want a unique title use this “Come on Bro Let’s Go Watch the Ant-Man movie” there is your unique title

Bro, I read your post carefully and checked the situation on very large sites. They follow the path exactly as you said. The heading is different, the URL is different, the title is different. Thanks to you, I think I made a very solid move in terms of SEO. You are absolutely right in what you say; everyone has turned

Also, the use of tags is the biggest question on my mind. My site, where I didn’t use any tags, was similarly successful. In other words, I use neither keywords (the All in One SEO keyword field) nor tags in my posts. I don’t think it makes any difference.

Boss, I never think they will be shut down. Well, if there are sanctions at this point, people get scared and we can easily hold our ground in the market. Right now there are Russian sites like Mailru and Okru. They don’t care. On the other hand, there isn’t much copyright trouble with foreign movies.

It’s definitely original  But the reaction search engines will give to this is unknown. That’s why I opened this topic. To see if anyone has experience or knowledge. Also, the movie industry is very different, you know.

It seems like we should follow this path too, bro

Yes, that’s exactly the issue. Those who interpret things and find clues are the ones who skim the cream. As everyone learns, the method loses value. So if we reach a useful and different conclusion here, we come out winning in this business. That’s why I want to keep this forum site active and have brainstorming sessions, but unfortunately :frowning:

Boss, tags make sense here. For example, you open a news site. You enter the “prime minister” tag. This word passes in many daily news and your opened .com/tag/prime-minister/ page is constantly updated. Of course, when there are such powerful pages on the site, your authority on that subject increases gradually. From this perspective, constantly updated tag pages can even outrank normal pages. Of course, one must do this here. Placing tag descriptions on the tag page from tag.php. A constantly updated page following a nice and quality 100-word intro text increases the site’s authority on that word.

But when it comes to movie sites, what happens? There is necessarily only one movie on your tag page. So if you entered 4 tags, 4 pages become 100% identical. But I’m saying the tag thing works on movie sites. Because Google evaluates everyone in their own class. 90% of movie sites are spam. Therefore, these 100% identical pages on movie sites don’t do much harm. How does it provide benefit? Same logic again. Your site has 1000 indexed pages, well, at this point it looks at the ratio of how many pages. 5 of your pages provided content in the form of “watch 3 idiots”. Then the page where these tags were entered increases the strength of the relevant page at this point. So what happens if you enter 50 tags? It strengthens at first. But after a while, when the majority of the site is covered by this, all pages generally fall into spam within themselves.

What do I do? I placed tag descriptions on my tag pages and enter 50 words of unique description for each tag. I make each tag page quality within itself.

Actually, every page linking to each other on the web definitely transfers power. Positive or negative. But the relationship of these links determines the magnitude of its power. Links given within the site also act as a backlink. A page you put in the footer also gets great power. I added 10 of my pages to my site’s footer. They moved up exactly 15 ranks in 1 week. As I said, all pages linking to someone transfer power.

But while we are talking about these, our girl Ayten bought a movie theme. She says “Sir, this theme is said to be SEO compatible.” Can you check the H tags on the main page of this SEO compatible theme?
