Wordpress Manual Language Plugin!

I am looking for a plugin for my WordPress-based site where I can manually enter language content. I want to have 4 different language options on my site and integrate the translations by entering the ones I have created myself. Is there a plugin you can recommend for a WordPress-based system where manual language content can be entered?

Note: If anyone is interested, we can discuss if there is someone who can install and configure the plugin along with the 4 different language translations I have written, for a fee.

You can use the WPGlobus plugin. It is an easy and quite successful plugin.
