Why do you want to use a system for a preschool?
You can easily create and manage a website with systems like WordPress etc., but you will also have to deal with potential security vulnerabilities.
Instead, I think preparing an HTML website would be both fast and easy.
By adding Disqus to a page, you can get a visitor feedback style page.
To another page, you can add a contact form using Jotform.

Apart from the infrastructure, since this is an SEO site, I would like to offer a humble suggestion because providing content for the site you are preparing will be difficult.
You can create pages for students on a yearly basis, set up pages featuring photos of these students and their handicrafts, and notify the parents about them.
Parents will tell their friends and family about these pages, and the incoming visitors will both generate traffic and leave comments.
This will be beneficial for you.
