The path to follow when a new site is launched

Hello, I would like to ask a few questions that are on my mind.
• For example, let’s say I opened a general-style blog or site and started adding content. Would opening the site’s Facebook, Google+, Twitter, Friendfeed, etc. pages on the day it launches, adding them to the site, and doing social bookmarking harm the site?
• Is it correct to use “Fetch as Google” for posts or to ping them?
• When should I start acquiring links? When would it be more effective and harmless to start getting links like forum promotions and Web 2.0 profile backlinks?
Thank you very much to everyone.

As a personal opinion, I think the site, the satellite sites, and the social media accounts need to reach a certain level independently of each other, at least for a while.. I am following the topic, I am curious about different opinions..

First of all, we need to make the inside of our site completely user-friendly. After making all kinds of on-site arrangements such as speed and ease of use. 3-4 articles should be published per week. It is better for naturalness to write these articles in a way that does not shove the keyword in Google’s face. For the first month, the reality of the business is that we will rely entirely on Uncle Google. I am not in favor of using returns like Google. Let the spiders come themselves, and even if daily articles are not added, making small changes within an article is good. Continuing this way for 1 month, when sufficient content has been created on the site, we will write 10 solid articles and schedule them for every 3 days.

Now we can move on to off-site work. Buffer site and SM (social media) works should be done for 1 month. It is necessary to open all buffer sites not at the same time but within a short period. I think it is logical to have them opened with different emails for 2 liras each.

Feeding the buffer sites for 1 month and at the end of the month, it is appropriate to make link exits between them and to the main site.

Since I am ignorant about social media, I do not have much information about what kind of work needs to be done there.
